Downtown Erie Theater and Performing Arts Center

PACA (Performing Artists Collective Alliance) began in 2010 as an independent, progressively-minded theater and performing arts center. Housed in a downtown Erie historic landmark building built in 1899, PACA seeks to help revitalize the downtown area and promote a sustainable artistic and cultural community.

The vision of PACA is to create a community performing arts center and theater that promotes the widest variety of artistic endeavors and educational opportunities. The overall facility will be economically self-sustaining.
