In 2014 PACA was able to complete phase I of its build-out to include necessary components that ensure that our artistic programming could continue to grow and expand beyond its initial stage. PACA is now in a position to develop more educational programming and develop the rest of our space that will provide artists and instructors the support they need to grow their individual programming. This has always been part of PACA's mission: to support and encourage the arts and the educational development of the arts in our city. The work to be completed for this project is to build a dance studio/performance space with a detachable stage, a large acting studio, and two music studios that can be used individually as voice and instrumental teaching studios or combined to use as a sound recording studio.

The dance rehearsal space is almost complete; we only have the finishing touches, but it is a beautiful dance space with the ability to accommodate large classes. The music rooms or practice spaces are nearing completion and are actually ready for use now. We are busy developing a schedule with artists, musicians, and dancers to help them achieve their mission. We will post this schedule and open time slots for additional artists in the next few weeks.
